    Apostle Talent Chiwenga Remarries Five Years After Tragic Loss

    Apostle Talent Chiwenga has reportedly remarried five years after the tragic death of his wife.Chiwenga was married to Regina Jerina Chiwenga until one fateful day in 2019.

    Years after Chiwenga’s wife died, chatter emerged that he secretly married his wife’s sister, Tariro Mafuka, in 2015, over four years before the accident that took Regina’s life.

    The official new wife will be unveiled on the 4th of May 2024 in South Africa at the Revelation Gathering. The announcement was made by the church Secretary General Pastor Gerald Baloyi.

    In the statement he says _“it is with humility and joy that i announce to you that God has given our Apostle a helper, a wife who shall be a personal companion and sufficient helper to him.”_

    He went on claiming that it’s not going to be a wedding but a celebratory occasion where Mai Chiwenga will be introduced to the congregation.

    Apostle Chiwenga was involved in a horrific car accident that claimed the lives of three people, including his wife, Regina, in June 2019. The crash occurred about 50 kilometres north of Masvingo, near the Chatsworth turn-off on the road to Harare.

    Chiwenga lost control of his Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle, which veered off the road and overturned. Three occupants, including his wife and two congregants, perished in the accident.

    Two female passengers died on the spot, and a man died upon arrival at the hospital. Apostle Chiwenga was critically injured and was admitted to the Makurira Memorial Clinic in Masvingo.

    The accident was so bad that he missed  his wife’s funeral and burial while in hospital.
